AES/EBU to S/PDIF Converter for EX5/7/R

It is best to use 1/4 watt low noise metal film resistors, both of them will fit
snugly into the average AES/EBU plug.

Use the appropriate S/PDIF connector to fit your equipment but if using a two-prong
type be sure to observe polarity. It is not always easy to see this, especially on two pin
jumper-style connectors but be sure first!

91R resistors are not easy to find, a 92R would do just as well and be within tolerance.
